It’s completely legal to sell electric bikes and scooters in Ireland and Europe. Electric Power is not taking ANY responsibility for seized bikes and scooters by Police. It’s up to the buyers to check the current law in Ireland and any European country.

E-bikes that conform with EU regulations that do not allow for pedal-assisted cycling above 25km/h will be treated the same as normal pedal cycles.

It is the legal obligation of the vehicle owner to ensure that their vehicle complies with all the regulations applicable to the category of vehicle concerned.

We do not take any responsibility for bike owners using their bikes at public or private roads.

Electric Power recommends to check the current legal status of any bike in particular country of using.
